Our Facilities

Choose either a studio or a one-bedroom flat.

All flats have a spacious entrance hall with plenty of storage space. The main room has wide sunny windows, more storage space, plus telephone and television power sockets. Each flat has a kitchen with an in-built two or four-ring cooker with oven beneath, plenty of cupboards and a space for fridge/freezer. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin.

Kitchen and bathroom are floored with anti-slip vinyl and you can choose the carpets and curtains elsewhere and arrange their fitting. The flats have underfloor heating and individual units which provide hot water on demand. There are alarms with pull cords fitted at strategic points and we can provide safety pendants if required.

Safety

We provide our tenants with the peace of mind to relax and enjoy their new independent living lifestyle.

Elizabeth Court offers many safety features, including security cameras and sophisticated fire and smoke detection systems fitted in all flats and throughout the communal areas.

Each flat is linked to Forest Care Ltd, a 24-hour external monitoring agency. They monitor the emergency call system via room pull cords located throughout the flat. A personal pendant can also be provided. All call point triggers are connected to either your Site Manager (when on duty), or a member of the Forest Care team 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Forest Care’s friendly, well-trained staff can respond quickly and appropriately, meaning help is always on hand should you ever need it. Whether it be help summoning emergency services, an emergency repair or simply advice and reassurance.
